Welcome to Corral Hollow Elementary

This just in—Corral Hollow Elementary School has officially opened its doors to a world of learning and discovery near our new homes for sale in Tracy, CA! And with a grand opening that welcomed 1,500 visitors, it’s safe to say this brand new school has generated quite a buzz.

“It’s just really exciting to get to lay the foundation for what’s to come, and we anticipate greatness,” Principal Heather Copeland said.

Beyond a board of education-approved educational program, this campus’ cutting-edge facilities are the talk of the town. Bright, spacious classrooms and collaborative learning environments like a state-of-the-art library and media center feature shelves of books, Wi-Fi access, smart projectors and a district-issued Chromebook for each student, offering young minds a variety of ways to learn at their pace. A decked-out science lab offers next-level equipment for hands-on learning in a safe environment.

In the library and several of the classrooms, Superintendent Jim Bridges points out how high ceilings and windows fill spaces with natural light and offer views of Tracy’s rolling hills. He also notes that the school provides modern classroom furniture designed to be arranged for a variety of needs:

“The classroom furniture is all mobile and allows teachers a lot of creativity in how they group students, from students sitting by themselves or in groups of six to eight students. You’ll see there are a lot of unique ways these desks can be put together for collaboration.”

Meanwhile, a gymnasium and multipurpose room big enough for performing arts, music programs, science competitions, sporting events and more, as well as a space dedicated to extracurricular STEAM activities and electives give students room to explore and develop their talents beyond the classroom.

Integral Communities, the developer of Tracy Hills, picked up the tab for this 14-acre campus.
