2nd Annual Home-Decorating Contest Lights Up Tracy Hills Residents of Tracy Hills got into the holiday spirit during December thanks to our second annual holiday home-decorating contest. Many joined in, turning their homes into winter wonderlands for the chance to win some amazing prizes while also delivering good holiday cheer to our community. Residents let their creativity shine and brought their holiday visions to life through their festively decorated homes. Homes submitted to the contest were judged based on best holiday spirit, with The Home Depot® gift cards given to the top three. It was a hard decision by our judges – so many great decorations from all of you!
