Award highlights our commitment to Tracy

In early March, the Tracy Chamber of Commerce hosted its 60th annual Chamber Awards Gala, themed “Fire and Ice,” at the Tracy Community Center, where Tracy Hills was awarded Business of the Year. It was an honor for both the community and Tracy Hills team members, many of whom are longtime residents of the region and not only involved but invested in Tracy.

This award was not just about what makes Tracy Hills so special, but also the path it’s taken to get to where we are today. We’ve always been intentional with building the community for the greater good and with purpose. Did you know that Tracy Hills has been 30 years in the making and was once an underutilized piece of land on the south side of Tracy? We recognized its potential and developed Tracy Hills with the rolling hills of Tracy as the perfect backdrop.

Tracy Hills residents enjoy unsurpassed community amenities, including the recently unveiled Fire Station 95, the Resident’s Club with pool and new parks (our dog park is very popular with the pooches)! Plus, The Market offers residents a casual space to relax indoors or outdoors and grab-and-go grocery items.
