Celebrating Tracy Hills’ Newest Amenities

It’s always a great time to try something new at Tracy Hills. This time, it was a new park and pool!

Residents gathered to celebrate Gene Birk Park and Meadow Village’s pool near our new homes for sale, beating the heat with delicious snow cones and chilled lemonade.

This paired beautifully with a refreshing swim in the newly inaugurated pool, lively music and laughter-filled catchups by the shaded poolside lounge chairs! With around 500 neighbors present and mingling, the atmosphere was truly electric; big moments and bigger smiles were the order of the day.

Adding to Tracy Hills’ all-star lineup of amenities, the spacious Gene Birk Park offers residents a scenic space designed to encourage connection and community for all members of your family—even the four-legged ones! Along with bark parks, Gene Birk Park features nature-inspired play equipment and wide-open spaces for picnics, a game of catch and so much more. Scenic trails connect you to the rest of Tracy Hills.
