Ready to play ball? At the Tracy Sports Complex, come join a team or watch local teams play (both local and regional sports leagues) baseball in one of the many sports fields in the complex. The complex has baseball diamonds enclosed by high fences as well as several multipurpose fields.
West Valley Bowl
Who doesn’t love a good game of bowling with some friendly competition among friends and family? West Valley Bowl features a whopping 32 lanes as well as open and league bowling. We don’t like to throw the word “epic” around, but we can all agree that the Great Wolf Lodge San Francisco/Manteca is pretty epic indeed. Tracy Hills kicked off the holiday season with a jolly good time in early December that helped brighten spirits and spread holiday cheer across the community.
Our Sleigh Full of Fun homeowner event at the Tracy Hill’s Welcome Center was enjoyed by families and residents of all ages. The evening event provided just the right amount of winter chill so neighbors could bundle up –and get warmed up – with delicious treats and steaming hot cocoa.
The festive night also included family photos with Santa Claus and a laser light display that delighted all. We appreciate everyone coming out to enjoy our annual event. Happy holidays from all of us at Tracy Hills.
Exciting things are happening at Tracy Hills, including the expansion of the community in its new phase!
As part of the milestone, a street dedication ceremony was held in late October. Attending dignitaries included City of Tracy Mayor Nancy Young, Representative Josh Harder and Gurtej Atwai and Raj Singh with Sikhs of Tracy, all celebrating the new Singh Lane that is paving the way for an exciting future at Tracy Hills. Guests enjoyed refreshments and learned about the newest phase at Tracy Hills, including four new neighborhoods by the highly acclaimed builder Lennar.

Fall at Tracy Hills is a special time. To celebrate the season, the community gathered for a day of fun at our Tracy Hills Fall Fest in early October.
Residents of every age enjoyed quality time with neighbors and all kinds of autumn favorites, from pumpkin painting to classic games such as sack races and egg toss, to the very popular donut bar that offered delicious eats for the whole family.
Our Welcome Center, with its beautiful wide-open green spaces and big blue skies, was the perfect location for our fall event. Residents took advantage of the weather and spent the day outside, whether that was eating their favorite kind of treat, taking pics for their Instagram or just hanging out with friends.
If you missed our fall event, keep your eyes peeled on social media—we’re planning some festive events, including our annual Winter Event on December 1 and the Residents’ Holiday Home-Decorating Contest (get your lights and imaginations ready!).

That’s why Tracy Hills is delighted to be the main sponsor of numerous fun events the organization produces throughout the year in downtown Tracy. In September, we sponsored the Wine Stroll, which was voted one of Tracy’s best events. Participants enjoyed the lively atmosphere of downtown Tracy as well as wine samples, food and great music, and were given free swag bags that we provided.
In celebration of Halloween, we sponsored the Candy Crawl, which brought over 4,500 community members to downtown Tracy—including 2,500 kids (in some amazing costumes!) that enjoyed free candy handed out by merchants.
Many of our residents have commented on how much fun they have when they visit downtown Tracy, and we couldn’t be happier to support Tracy City Center Association and its revitalization of downtown Tracy.

In 2020, Babita and Nitin were ready – more than ready – to move out of their one-bedroom apartment and into a brand new, upsized life.
“When we visited the model houses at Tracy Hills, we found them [filled] with advanced security features and equipment, spacious rooms and nice big yards, amenities and parks for the kids.”
The home they discovered in the Amber neighborhood checked every box for their family of four and before they knew it, they’d really upgraded their lifestyle.
Their four-bedroom home lets everyone stretch and spread out.
“[The move] was a huge change for us. The feeling of calling this our house is incredible and beautiful. We decorated and set it up the way we wanted, and it feels very cozy,” says Babita.
As they’ve settled in, the perks of living in Tracy have really solidified their love for the community. Babita adds that the big driveway and ample parking spaces are a huge plus for all her invited guests. There’s never a traffic issue!
The kids, Rey and Nysha, are big fans of the big backyard.
“It gives us extra private space for playing, painting and large gathering set-ups.”
The kids spend oodles of free time kicking around the soccer ball and hosting their neighborhood pals.
When the group gets a little restless, they’re able to take strolls around the community, visiting the pool and The Market.
“We’ll easily pick up some drinks and food,” says Babita.

What do you get when you cross a movie about an adventurous teenager who sails out on a daring mission with a warm summer evening at Tracy Hills? Movie night under the stars!
In late June, residents of all ages were treated to a screening of the popular Walt Disney Animation Studios film Moana at the Tracy Hills Welcome Center. Relaxing on blankets and in chairs, attendees watched the movie while enjoying freshly popped, delicious popcorn—a prerequisite for any film.
The spacious lawn at the Welcome Center was not only the perfect setting to enjoy snacks and watch a fun, engaging movie, but kids also had a blast roaming and playing before and after the showing.
